Humpback Whale's cruising along underwater

A fully grown Humpback Whale can hold its breath for up to 20 minutes.

Like dolphins, they turn half their brain off whilst doing this to conserve energy whilst ensuring they remain safe.

When they come up for a breath, you’d best not be in their way! Watching them surface, with their calf in tow, they quickly move off.

If you’re fortunate enough, they’ll let you join them on their journey…

All our prints are produced using archival standard paper & canvas with 12 pigment inks on our very own wide format Canon Pro Series printers.

Our paper prints are produced on a 285gsm Etching paper, which shows exception detail and produces a fantastic colour rendition.

Canvas prints are created using a 392gsm Matte canvas. The matte finish gives a more artistic look to these larger pieces, with a subtle softness to the image.

For more information on framing please visit our Frequently Asked Questions.

All our fine art giclee prints are created to order from our Port Douglas Gallery - SEA gallery. To ensure that your prints are perfect, this process takes time. Unframed prints are usually ready within 1-3 business days.

Our Australian Oak frames are kept in store and we usually have your framed artwork ready between 1-2 weeks. Framed canvas prints take a couple of weeks, as they are custom made to order by our friends at Port Douglas Picture Framing.

Shipping times vary depending on time of year, your location and whilst we do everything possible to get your artwork to you safe and sound, we unfortunately don't run a courier company.
