SEA Gallery Pty Ltd trading as David Lloyd Photography (ABN 18 650 346 811) has taken all reasonable care to ensure that the information contained in this website is accurate on the stated date of publication or last modification.

PRICES AND SPECIFICATIONS

Prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. All prices on the David Lloyd Photography website are displayed in Australian dollars ($AUD).

Despite our best efforts and proof reading, items may contain pricing or typography errors. Correct pricing is validated and confirmed at the time your order is placed and processed.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Once your order has been placed and payment has been received we will process your details and begin production.

All our fine art giclee prints are created to order from our Port Douglas Gallery - SEA gallery. To ensure that your prints are perfect, this process takes time. Unframed prints are usually ready within 1-3 business days. Our keep stock of our Australian Oak frames and usually have your framed artwork ready between 1-2 weeks. Framed canvas prints take a couple of weeks, as they are custom made to order by our friends at Port Douglas Picture Framing.

We ship all of our unframed artwork via Australia Post every Friday. Framed artwork is sent via courier, which we will either deliver to Cairns ourselves or have picked up from us here in Port Douglas.

Freight within Queensland usually takes a week. Orders travelling across borders can take 2-3 weeks (depending on where you are). International orders can take anywhere between 2 weeks and 2 months.

Please note: We own a gallery, not a freight company. We do everything we can to ensure your artwork is printed to perfection and package safely and securely. Rest assured, we have done all that we can to ensure you get your artwork in the safest and most hastily way possible. We strive to ensure that the shipping charges calculated at the time of payment are accurate, however there may be situations where the calculation is incorrect and subject to slight variances. In the unlikely situation that shipping costs are higher than paid we will try our best to cover the difference, however in cases where there is a significant difference we reserve the right to contact you and invoice the difference.

You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense that you incur as a result of postage or import taxes into the country in which the product will be sent to.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We take great pride in what we do and every single artwork we create is carefully curated to ensure you receive the best quality produce possible. Sometimes however, accidents or errors may occur. However, from time to time, accidents occur. David Lloyd Photography must be notified if a faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing product is delivered. We will ensure we take all necessary actions to remedy the situation as best possible. If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase from David Lloyd Photography, please contact us.
